Every claim on this site is built on something verifiable. Here is the certification, the awards, and the contract history — with numbers, not adjectives.
Trust is not a claim — it is a paper trail. Below is the evidence behind Pearlson Shiplift Corporation's reputation and Global ShipYard Solution's agency, as published and verified to date. What we cannot publish openly, we will show you under non-disclosure during due diligence. We invite full audits.
Pearlson designs and quality systems are audited against Lloyd's Register classification standards — the same discipline required of the world's largest newbuild programs. Certification documentation is available on request.
Raymond Pearlson received the Elmer A. Sperry Award — one of U.S. engineering's highest honors — for conceiving and developing the shiplift. The inventor's family still leads the company that bears his name.
A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers award announced February 2026 (public register) — the US sovereign contract class that naval and government clients worldwide treat as the gold standard of due diligence.
Systems contracted and in service for defense and coast-guard fleets, including the BAE (25,000-ton) and Austal (18,000-ton) builds — the four largest shiplifts ever ordered are Pearlson projects.
Factory acceptance test and classification milestones for current programs (BAE, Austal, ANI Adelaide) are logged and shareable as projects complete — the audit trail of record.
Hoist machinery, synchronization systems and controls are designed and manufactured in Miami, USA. Wire-rope assemblies are supplied to Pearlson specification (Bridon-Bekaert, UK) and structural steel to US standards.
Pearlson is not, and has never claimed to be, the maker of every shiplift ever built. Raymond Pearlson invented the technology in 1957; the intellectual property of the original Syncrolift install base has been owned by others since 1979 and today by Syncrolift AS in Norway. We are the continuation of the inventor's engineering practice — the team that defined the standard and today builds the four largest shiplifts on Earth. If your installation's design data is governed by another rights holder, we will say so plainly and, where lawful, direct you to them.
Request the due-diligence pack, schedule a factory visit, or arrange a call with the engineers behind the record-breaking lifts. If we cannot produce the evidence, you should walk away — we'd tell you the same.
